چکیده
A rare case of extensive lesions of secondary syphilis of varied morphology is presented. The predominant lesions were of conyloma lata, which were present on neck, axillae, inguinal folds, and inner thighs.

His facial condylomata lata affected the eyelids, medial canthus, nasolabial folds, angles of the mouth, and chin. Condylomata lata of the eyelids has not been described previously.
